The Government of Jharkhand has started online applications for the e Kalyan Post Matric Scholarship 2025–26, a financial support scheme for students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories who are studying in Pre-Matric and Post-Matric courses. Through the E-kalyan official portal- ekalyan.cgg.gov.in, eligible students can apply online application for both Pre-Matric and Post-Matric scholarships.

This scholarship helps students continue their education after Class 10 without financial burden. Students from Jharkhand who are pursuing in Pre Matric and Post Matric, Intermediate, Diploma, Graduation, Post Graduation, PhD, or higher courses can apply for this scholarship for the academic year 2025–26.

Eligibility Criteria

Students must meet the following conditions:

• Must belong to SC / ST / OBC category
• Must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand
• Must be studying in post-matric courses like – Pre Matric, Post Matric, Intermediate, Diploma, Graduation, PG, Ph.D or higher level.
• Family income should not exceed ₹2.5 lakh per year
• Must not be receiving any other scholarship
• Must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account

Scholarship Amount

Selected candidates will receive tuition fees and academic or maintenance allowance. The scholarship benefits vary based on course group and whether the student is a hosteller or day-scholar:
