- For the students to complete the application submission Process in SSP, it is mandatory that the student’s academic information for the year 2025-26 is available in either the UUCMS portal or the concerned University/Board pushes the academic data of the UNIDATA server.
- For a student to apply as a hosteller in SSP, it is mandatory that the hostel registration information of the students is available either in the State Hostel Portal (SHP) or in SSp-HMIS Portal.

Students Belonging to Schedule Caste Category who are applying for Post Matric Scholarship and those who have already applied for Post Matric Scholarship for FY 2025-26 can download Freeship Card in their Login after completing Aadhaar e-KYC
Eligibility Criteria for SSP Post Matric Scholarship
General Eligibility:
- Must be a resident of Karnataka.
- Must belong to SC/ST/OBC/Brahmin/Minority/Disabled categories.
- Must have scored at least 50% in the previous examination.
- Family income limit varies by department.

How to Apply Online for SSP Post Matric Scholarship 2025?
Follow these steps to apply online:
First, you must complete One Time Registration (OTR) on the NSP (National Scholarship Portal).
