Eligibility Criteria for PM YASASVI Scholarship:
For School Students (Official Guidlines)
- Applicant must belong to OBC, EBC, or DNT category.
- Student should be studying in Class 9 to 12.
- Annual family income should be below ₹2.5 lakh.
- Student must be studying in a recognized Top Class School.
- Selection is based on previous class marks and merit.
- At least 30% scholarship seats are reserved for girls.
For College Students (Official Guidlines)
- Applicant must belong to OBC, EBC, or DNT category.
- Annual family income should be below ₹2.5 lakh.
- Student must have secured admission in a recognized top institution or college.
- Scholarship is available only for full-time courses.
- Admission should be through entrance exam or merit-based selection.
- Students studying in institutions like IITs, NITs, AIIMS, IIMs, NLUs, and other notified institutions are eligible.
- At least 30% scholarship seats are reserved for girls.
