Bihar PMS Online 2026-27 Notification
The official notification for the Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2026-27 has been released. Eligible students are advised to carefully read the notification before submitting their online applications.
Eligibility Criteria for Bihar Post Matric Scholarship
To apply for the Bihar Post Matric Scholarship, students must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
- The student must be a permanent resident of the State of Bihar.
- The student must belong to the SC, ST, BC, or EBC category.
- The student must be studying in a recognized institution located either in Bihar or outside Bihar.
- The student must be enrolled in Intermediate, Graduation, Post Graduation, ITI, Polytechnic, Engineering, Medical, Law, Management, Agriculture, or other eligible courses.
- The annual family income should not exceed ₹3,00,000.
- The student must have secured at least 50% marks in the previous qualifying examination.
- The student must have completed One Time Registration (OTR) on the NSP Portal.
- After completing one course at a particular educational level, the student will not be eligible to receive the scholarship for another course at the same level.

How to Apply Bihar PMS Online Form 2026-27?
Follow the given steps below to apply PMS Online Form:
- First Complete NSP OTR Registration by visiting the National Scholarship Portal and generating your OTR Number.
- Visit the Bihar PMS Portal (pmsonline.bihar.gov.in) and register using your OTR Number.
- Complete the Student Registration by entering the required personal information.
- After successful registration, you will receive your Login ID and Password via SMS or email.
- Log in and fill out the online application form with your personal, academic, and bank details.
- Upload all the required documents in PDF format (maximum file size: 150 KB each).
- Review the application carefully, submit it, and download or print the final application form for future reference.
